BYR Gayrimenkul is a real-estate consultancy in Uşak, handling the sale, purchase and rental of homes, commercial units, building plots and farmland across the city and its districts. We do not see the job as publishing listings: realistic pricing, a convincing presentation and a smooth title-deed process are all our responsibility.

We visit, measure and photograph every property in our portfolio ourselves. Listing texts, zoning details and title-deed records are checked before publication, so buyer and seller start from the same information.
